System The Ideal 8000 system is a new proposal of the aluplast company, in which a strong emphasis was put on the reduction of thermal and acoustic parameters. It was possible thanks to: the increase in the profiles’ building depths of up to 85 mm in the Ideal 8000 series, the increase in the number of chambers, and three gaskets. In this system, due to the widening of the window construction, it is possible to use energy-saving glass packages up to 51 mm wide, which allows the creation of windows characterized by very low heat transfer. Thanks to delineating by the third gasket, the so-called dry chamber, inside which the fittings are affected by physical forces, the lifetime and durability of the fittings are improved.

As part of the Ideal 8000 profile system, two different routes are combined to achieve above-average energy savings by limiting heat transfer of the entire window structure. On the one hand, the sections increase their depths and the number of internal chambers, it is possible partially to resign from the use of steel reinforcements in the sashes in favor of the bonding inside technology, which pastes a double glazed unit package into the window sash.

Like all series of aluplast profiles, the Ideal 8000 system is characterized by a multitude of construction variants, mutual compatibility of profiles and, above all, freedom in the selection of the optimal solution.
The consequence of the search for thermal energy savings by increasing the depth of sections and the number of chambers is the appearance of a new, 6-chamber variant of the Ideal 8000 with a building depth of 85 mm. An additional advantage is the possibility of using a package of three glazed units filled with argon up to 51 mm wide, which guarantees the best thermal parameters of the window at a relatively low cost of the solutions used.

The heat transfer coefficient of the profiles Uf=1.0 W/m2K places it in the group of solutions of basic importance for investors interested in energy-saving construction. The possibility of using energy-saving glass packages with a width of up to 51 mm allows the creation of windows characterized by very low heat transfer. For example, a reference window with dimensions of 1230×1480 mm, using a glazing unit package with a coefficient of Ug=0,5 W/m2K W/m2Kreaches a thermal insulation coefficient ofUw=0,76 W/m2K.

As part of the Ideal 8000 system, we also have the option of using another innovative solution that improves the thermal parameters of the profiles and brings a number of additional benefits. The innovation in the Ideal 8000 series is the application of the BONDING INSIDE technology. Thanks to this, in the profiles, it is possible partially to resign from the use of steel reinforcements in the sashes.

The element, thanks to which the window sash gains and retains its static properties, becomes the double glazed unit. The centering element visible in the glazing groove under the pane together with a layer of special adhesive applied over the entire periphery of the pane with the frame ensure that always all the glass surfaces are properly supported, which is not only a beneficial effect for leveling the stresses generated in the package sheets, but also stabilizes and maintains, within acceptable limits, the susceptibility of the profile to deformation under the effect of the forces generated as a result of external atmospheric phenomena and operational loads.

As part of these systems, an optional possibility to use steel reinforcements in the sashes was left, which is especially important in the case of color windows and larger structures.

Due to the constant connection of the pane with the sash, the risk of distortion, bending and also sagging of the sash is reduced. This method minimizes the risk of window cracks due to point stresses and extends the life of the sashes without the need to adjust them. The bonded sash is also an excellent protection against burglary, because a sash bonded around the perimeter can not be pushed out, which sometimes happens in “classic” windows.
Ideal 8000 profiles are also characterized by an extraordinary “design” that allows you to achieve original architectural solutions as well as clear and perfect designs. This is a line for people who value the freedom of choice, combining aesthetic values with technological requirements. A wide range of decorative foil and an aluminum overlay system enable to obtain practically any color of a window.

Innovation, modernity and a wide range of structural solutions, proposed as part of the Ideal 8000 series, met with the recognition of experts who awarded the Ideal 8000 window systems Gold Medal of the Poznań International Fair in 2013.
