Balcony Latch

It often happens that an open door, left after leaving the balcony, violently hits the frame because of the draft. This can cause not only permanent damage to the sections and window construction, but also result in a serious accident caused by pane breakage. The latch is a brilliantly simple device that holds the sash in the frame without having to maneuver the window handle. Going out on the balcony, we close the door. Pulling a special handle, the door will open again with little pressure from the outside.
